Who Are Jim and Judy - The Clary Team?
Jim - For over 25 years, I have been very active in the world of sales and marketing having worked for Xerox and Ricoh Corporations. I have spent twelve of those years serving as the President and General Manager for two Raleigh-based office equipment companies prior to relocating to the Southport area. I am very familiar with Southport and the surrounding areas, as I have lived in Wilmington, Raleigh and Southport for more than thirty years. I am also a retired Naval officer having originally served on the Franklin D. Roosevelt aircraft carrier.
My experience as a profession real estate broker and broker-in-charge of our personal LLC has afforded me the privilege of working with hundreds of wonderful people over the years, many of whom we now consider some of our dearest friends.
Judy - Also having a background in the world of sales/marketing plus banking, I have worked primarily in the computer software arena for over ten years as well as with a private financial institution for approximately eight years. Currently, we own and operate the Brunswick Inn Bed and Breakfast (www.BrunswickInn.com) in Southport -- a 200-year old historic mansion located on the Cape Fear River. This has been a wonderful opportunity for us the past ten years to meet and introduce visitors to our area. Many of these folks have returned to invest in property or to actually relocate here and enjoy this unique experience in living.
In addition to having a wonderful Golden Retriever, Sparky, and three cats who live with us, we also have five children and five grandchildren living throughout the United States. And, they all love to return to the area and "step back in time" as they enjoy the quaintness of Southport.
